JOB DESCRIPTION

– Prepare necessary procedures for import and export activities (contract, invoice, bill of lading, application for C/O, application for product quality registration, chemical declaration, fumigation, …)
– Check HS code of goods. Check the import policy of the goods
– Customs declaration on customs software (E-CUS, VNACCS/VCIS)
– Responsible for all import and export processes, such as making customs documents, arranging container loading and unloading schedules
– Prepare documents of QTc for various types of GC, production for many items (electronic components, linen …)
-Perform tasks assigned by department heads and directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Salary: Negotiable

Job requirements:
– Professional qualifications: College degree or above
– 3+ years of experience required
– Priority will be given to graduates in the field of export, international, good English or Chinese
– Diligent, agile, industrious and eager to learn
Working time: Monday to Friday morning (08:00-17:00); Saturday morning half-time (08:00-12:00); (12h00-13h00 lunch break)
